Youth Afterschool Trade Program
Empowering the next generation with real skills, real mentorship, and a real path to a career in the trades.
Opening Doors Through the Trades
The skilled trades are one of the most direct paths to a stable, well-paying career — and yet too many young people never get the chance to discover them. Our Youth Afterschool Trade Program changes that.
We work directly with high school students, teaching hands-on skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, and construction. More than just technical training, we provide mentorship, career guidance, and a community of support.
This program is personal. It's about creating the kind of opportunity that changes the trajectory of a young person's life — and building a stronger community in the process.

Where Construction Meets Creativity
One of our most exciting program tracks introduces students to theater set construction — where carpentry skills meet artistic vision. Students learn to build sets for school productions and community theater, developing both technical and creative skills.
This niche is completely untapped — and it's a powerful way to connect young people who love the arts with careers in the trades.
